Villa Lena is located in a quiet part, away from the beach about 300m. There are two markets nearby. It is not far from the center of Nea Vrasna, which is connected to Asprovalta by a promenade by the sea.

The villa has three-bed and four-bed studios and apartments on the ground floor, as well as five-bed, six-bed, seven-bed and eight-bed duplex apartments on the first floor.

Each accommodation unit has an equipped kitchen with elements and utensils for basic preparation and consumption of food for the planned number of people, bathroom, terrace, TV, air conditioning and WiFi connection.
