Anita’s Apartments and Studios is a brand-new family business.The three storey villa was constructed in 2022, opposite the beautiful Platani beach in Stavros, offering 3 studios and 4 duplex apartments. All the apartments are air-conditioned, with fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms and private balconies, mosquito screens on the balcony doors, free Wi-Fi and free safe parking in the villa’s back yard.

The studios have 1 double bed and 1 extra large bed (1.5), a smart TV (32’), A/C, fridge, private bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and we also provide towels.

A family of 3-4 people will conveniently enjoy their holiday in these studios.

The duplex apartments are on the second floor and they are like mini maisonettes. On the first floor there is the bathroom, the kitchen, the TV, the wardrobe and two single beds. There are indoor stairs which lead to an attic with a double bed. There are 2 private balconies, 2 air conditions. There is the possibility of extra beds for larger families.

A family of 4-6 people will conveniently enjoy their holiday in these duplex apartments.

Anita’s Apartments and Studios are located 30m across the amazing Platani beach, the organized beaches and cafes and 50m from the nearest super market. Also, it is 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Stavros.
