Strymonikos Online (www.strymonikos.net) is a website registered in Greece and operates under Greek law as a tourist guide ​​and as an intermediary between the visitors of our website and accommodations owners in Greece.

Our website www.strymonikos.net provides an online platform thru which Accommodation owners can advertise their accommodations and the services they provide for reservation, and thru which visitors of our website can make such reservations.

By making a request through www.strymonikos.net, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the Owner of Accommodation with which you wanto to request availability.  We send one direct email, with your provided data, to the owner of this accommodation so he can reply you with price and availability info. This data is stored on our server for a small period of time( maximum 15 days), used as a backup, in case of the email has not delivered suceesfully. From the point at which you make your request, our service is done. We only act solely as an intermediary between you and the Owner, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant Owner. When you see a success message under the BOOK NOW form our service is done.

Our Service is made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to resell, deep-link, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), download or reproduce any content or information available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

Our Service is free of charge. We do not charge you for our Service or add any additional (reservation) fees to the price you get for you reservation. The price you get is directly from the owners of accommodations.

Accommodations Owners purchase their advertising space within our website.

The information provided on the accommodations, are based on the information we receive from the Owners. We can’t confirm or guarantee that all the above information is 100% accurate, nor can we be held responsible for any errors, inaccurate, false information or misleading, or any kind lack of information.

Each Owner is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and authenticity (descriptive) information (including photos and videos) displayed on our website. That includes the copyright for the images and the info description text they provide to us about their accommodation. The owners grant us the right to use this information on our website and to use it to promote their accommodation thru our website and our social media accounts.
